 Benefits of Sports

Practicing a sport, can bring you lot of benefits, for example: is the best way to have physical and mental health, is a wonderful way for spending your time because while you are exercising and taking care of your body you are doing something really exciting.

Actually there are lot of kind of sports so maybe there's a perfect sport for everyone it doesn't mind what kind of person you are, you might find something for you.

Now I'm going to talk about a little bit about some of the most known sports .

Soccer: This a team sport where the players try to score as much as goals they can.Each team has got 11 players on the field one of the is the goalkeeper and he is the only one who can take the ball with his hands, the other players only can hit the ball with the feet . 

Cricket: This sport is based on hand eye coordination  because you use a bath for playing. It helps you to  develop stamina.A cricket team consists of eleven cricketers. Such cricketers generally have three designated roles - batsman, bowler, all-rounder, and wicket-keeper. Additionally, a twelfth man is also named during the toss.A twelfth man cannot bat, bowl, keep wickets or captain the side during a cricket match. The twelfth man comes onto the field as a substitute fielder when his team bowls. A twelfth man along with a couple of other non-playing cricketers carry drinks onto the field during drinks breaks.

Football: If you practice this sport, you will develop a big level of stamina, also you can be able to have a good concentration because you will need while playing.As you need to do lot of exercise you will gain strength in almost all your muscles. A professional team, consist in 2 teams each one of 11 players.  

Hockey: In these sport, the  players  develop their cardiovascular system, and  body´s leg muscles. Another important fact is that they  improve reflexes and reaction time. Consist  of four lines of three forwards, three pairs of defensemen, and two goaltenders. Five members of each team skate up and down the ice trying to take the puck and score a goal against the opposing team. Each team has a goaltender who tries to stop the puck from going into the goal.

Swimming: This sport is impressionnant because while practicing it, you improve every muscle of your body and help you for gaining flexibility. Your cardiovascular system will also have benefits a improve cardiovascular system and you will have an effective blood flow.

Chess: The people who play this sport have the ability of focusing in what are they doing because they are really good at concentrating in what are they doing, Also they are good at analyzing different situations, another important thing is that this sport helps you to improve your memory.

In my opinion practicing sport have lot of benefits and there is not a negative thing in them because they help in a mental and physical way.

In conclusion , I can say that doing sport is the most natural way for staying fit and as I had already said there is a perfect sport for everyone, the only thing we have to do is look for it.
