 Advices •We should have a positive attitude and mind. •Everybody has a rhythm so you shouldn't worry if you can´t do all the exercises the first week. •You should start to change your food habits and start eating more fruit and vegetables. •You shouldn´t be frustrated if you don't notice many results in the first month, keep calm. •You should drink at least 2L of water every day. •You should sleep at least 8 hours per day, resting is important for your body.  •You should read one book per month to keep your mind fit. •You shouldn't eat meat every day. •You should talk to someone you trust if you are feeling down. •You shouldn't smoke or drink alcohol constantly .

Personally I think that my lifestyle is not unhealthy but I can make some changes in order to make it healthier. The first thing that I would change is the quantity of water I drink because usually I drink just 1L, since this year started, I had been trying to change this but for me it  is really difficult. I try to do exercise at least 3 days per week but sometimes it is difficult because I have a lot of things to do, I hope that on holidays I can do exercise everyday. On weekends I like to practice volleyball with my dad if he has time ,  if he's too busy, I  play alone because no one else in my family likes volleyball.  Usually I eat just two times per day  but I don't know why I do that, so I want to change it. I think that's the only problem with my feeding because usually I try not to eat unhealthy food. Finally I try to sleep  8 hours each day but sometimes it's impossible because I get myself distracted watching movies or I have homework to do. ...

What sports are we practising?

  What sports are we practising? Right now I'm watching a volleyball match, between  two local teams .There is a boy in one of them who is an excellent player. He is running so fast in order to reach the other side of the court for  being  in the best position for scoring the winning point. Sadly he is not as fast as the ball and he was not able to hit it. But that doesn't mind because he still feeling comfortable in what he is doing and in my opinion that is the most important thing when you are playing whatever  sport.  Benefits of Sports Practicing a sport, can bring you lot of benefits, for example: is the best way to have physical and mental health, is a wonderful way for spending your time because while you are exercising and taking care of your body you are doing something really exciting.
